Serving the church with order, care, and accountability.

Our church is made up of departments responsible for the day-to-day running of the church. As a charity organisation, volunteering members hold key roles and responsibilities in compliance with church doctrine, values and government legislation.

Administrative

This regulatory arm supports the church’s core values, mission and vision. It oversees day-to-day operations, budgets, bills, project approvals, cash flow, and building security and maintenance.

Publicity

The publicity team manages the website, newsletters, magazines, social media, publications, event records, and charity-event communications in line with church policy and GDPR expectations.

Secretariat

The secretariat supports office tasks, records, calls, emails, minutes of meetings, church mail, calendars, and stationery coordination.

Building

The building team is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, security, equipment inspection, opening and closing, and approved access to the premises.

Transport

The transport department oversees the church van, documentation, maintenance reporting, and travel support for members with limited mobility or access to transport.

Catering

The catering department organises nutritious food for meetings, anniversaries and approved events, maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Welfare

The welfare team supports church members and those in need, including home visits for bereaved or sick members, new-born family support, courtesy calls, and crisis support.

Wardens

Wardens welcome visitors, support service organisation, and work with the Army of Salvation to maintain order during services and events.

Finance

The finance team oversees collections, deposits, secure financial records, creditor payments, and annual financial reporting support.

Army of Salvation

This department leads soul-winning, street evangelism and mission outreach, carrying the message of salvation while upholding the sacred traditions of the fold.

Sunday School

Sunday School nurtures children and young people through age-appropriate biblical instruction, worship, service, songs, scriptures, and interactive learning.
